This warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Bright Steel Containers, hereinafter referred to as “Seller,” to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of a shipping container (“Container”). This Warranty is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.

1. Coverage: a. This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service during the Warranty Period. b. Seller will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective Container or parts thereof that are covered under this Warranty, free of charge.

2. Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover: a. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling of the Container. b. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or fading of paint. c. Modifications or alterations made to the Container by anyone other than Seller. d. Damage caused by natural disasters, acts of God, or any other external factors beyond Seller’s control.

3. Claim Procedure: a. To make a claim under this Warranty, the Purchaser must notify Seller within the Warranty Period by contacting Us. Proof of purchase, including the date and location of purchase, must be provided along with the claim. c. Seller reserves the right to inspect the Container to determine the validity of the claim.

4. Remedies: a. If the claim is found to be valid under this Warranty, Seller will, at its discretion, repair the defective Container or provide a replacement. b. In the event that repair or replacement is not feasible, Seller may offer a refund or credit equal to the original purchase price of the Container.

5. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Container, even if Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Transferability: This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser of the Container.

7. Governing Law: This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the USA.

8. Entire Agreement: This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By purchasing a Container from Bright Steel Containers, the Purchaser acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Warranty and agree to be bound by them.
